QC Immigration Team
Qiyin is a recognised industry expert with more than a decade of legal experience. She graduated from the University of Manchester with an LL.B (Hons) in Law and an LLM in International Business Law. She leads the UK immigration team dedicated to our diverse client base from Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas and the Middle East. As a highly-skilled migrant in the UK herself, Qiyin fully understands the complicated circumstances and high expectations of our clients. QC Immigration enjoys a loyal client following ranging from High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and corporate clients to vulnerable families. She has proven victories in defending our clients’ businesses, children’s best interests, women’s rights, LGBT (lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transsexuals) rights and challenging Home Office refusals. Our returning clients typically stay with us for over 6 years from obtaining their very first visa until British citizenship. Qiyin regularly provides mentoring, training and supervision to other lawyers and firms in assisting their pursuit for similar successes.

Lesley graduated with a First Class LLB (Hons) from the University of East London. She has a National Diploma in Paralegal Studies and is a member of NALP. Lesley was as a caseworker in the Parliamentary Office of Stephen Timms assisting with surgeries and drop-ins, including liaising with the Home Office and Local Authorities on behalf of constituents. She has assisted in the organising of Public Lectures, including a presentation delivered by the President of the Supreme Court, Lord Neuberger. Lesley was awarded a funded place as a high achiever to Brussels, gaining insight and further knowledge of the EU institutions. She was Secretary of the Mooting and Debating Society winning three internal Moots including a mock appeal at Stratford Magistrates. She was a Senior Advisor at UEL’s law clinic, gaining valuable experience offering pro bono legal advice to residents of East London. Lesley has completed mini-pupillages in London Chambers and work experience in a Law Firm.
Kornelia KoscikLegal Assistant
Kornelia is currently completing a Masters of Laws (LL.M) at the City University of London. Her experience includes being a trainee assistant to a Member of the European Parliament. She is strongly interested and involved in UK Immigration and European Union issues.

Omar contributes to the firm with his strong commercial business knowledge and vast entrepreneurial and business expertise. He has recently obtained an Executive MBA from London Business School. He provides tailored long-term UK immigration solutions to our SME (small medium enterprise) and multinational corporate clients.
