Qiyin and is a recognised industry expert with more than a decade of legal experience. She graduated from the University of Manchester with an LL.B (Hons) in Law and an LLM in International Business Law. She leads the UK immigration team dedicated to our diverse client base from Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas and the Middle East. As a highly-skilled migrant in the UK herself, Qiyin fully understands the complicated circumstances and high expectations of our clients. QC Immigration enjoys a loyal client following ranging from High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and corporate clients to vulnerable families. She has proven victories in defending our clients’ businesses, children’s best interests, women’s rights, LGBT (lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transsexuals) rights and challenging Home Office refusals. Our returning clients typically stay with us for over 6 years from obtaining their very first visa until British citizenship. Qiyin regularly provides mentoring, training and supervision to other lawyers and firms in assisting their pursuit for similar successes.

Nadhrah was called to the Bar of England & Wales at Lincoln’s Inn in 2016 and is currently completing her Master of Laws (LLM). Her previous management of the legal affairs for an Asian royal family combined with commercial law background benefits our fast-paced work with clients from all walks of life. She is the charities team officer for the Pan Asian Womens’ Association (PAWA), whose aim is to fund teenage girls’ education in Asia. She also volunteers at the National Centre of Domestic Violence (NCDV) as a McKenzie Friend. Nadhrah was the winner of the British Council’s 2015 IELTS Prize and is a certified ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor.

Taran AthwalLegal Intern
Taran is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Criminology with Forensic Psychology at Kingston University London, and previously graduated with an LL.B (Hons) degree. She has undertaken many challenging roles including the role of Head Delegate where she coordinated and organised a trip for the National Model United Nations conference in New York. Taran has been a university course representative as well as co-founding a Human Rights based society called True Honour, stemming off the existing charity where she gained valuable experience as a volunteer and student advocate. She also volunteered as a caseworker with Victim Support. Taran is strongly interested in Immigration Law and in Human Rights, and has undertaken Mini Pupillage’s with 5sah and 15nbs.
Kornelia KoscikLegal Assistant
Kornelia is currently completing a Masters of Laws (LL.M) at the City University of London. Her experience includes being a trainee assistant to a Member of the European Parliament. She is strongly interested and involved in UK Immigration and European Union issues.

Omar contributes to the firm with his strong commercial business knowledge and vast entrepreneurial and business expertise. He has recently obtained an Executive MBA from London Business School. He provides tailored long-term UK immigration solutions to our SME (small medium enterprise) and multinational corporate clients.
